Advertising Professional photography, online marketing & signboard (at MVP’s discretion). Property Condition Report Comprehensive entry condition documentation. Routine Inspections 6 weeks after tenancy begins, then quarterly. All with photo-based reports. Tenant Vacate & Bond Vacate inspection & bond disposal procedures. Lease Renewals Management of renewals and agreements. Compliance & Safety Annual RCD & smoke alarm checks, with Electrical Safety Certificate issued (repairs/replacements at owner’s cost). Annual Financial Statement Issued each July for the previous financial year. Letting Fee 2 weeks rent (plus GST). Charged once a new Tenant has been found and the lease has commenced Court Preparation & Attendance $77 (inc. GST) per hour, up to a maximum of $770. Charged per case for the preparation of legal paperwork, documentation & lodgment, court waiting time, court appearance & any reappearance times (if applicable). OUR FEE STRUCTURES. OPTION 2.
