What I find particularly helpful is that, for complex tenant issues, you only contact me after you’ve tried to manage the situation yourself and explored feasible solutions. Involving me only when absolutely necessary is exactly what I expect from a property manager, and I’m happy to say that has been my experience with you. I also find it useful that you clearly distinguish between communications that are simply for my information versus those requiring my attention or response.
